What's New in The Company App
2.0
July 18, 2026
Version 2.0 — What's New Team Collaboration & Company Sharing Invite team members to your company directly from the app. Share your workspace via iCloud and grant role-based access so each person sees only what they need. Participants join instantly on their device with their own secure credentials. Accounting Module A full accounting section is now built into the app — post invoices, purchase orders, sales returns, and purchase return credits directly to your books. Opening balances support lets you bring existing accounts in from day one. Filter transactions by date range and export any panel to CSV for use in spreadsheets or reports. Inventory Labels & Stock Receiving Print barcode labels for inventory items directly from the app. A new Receive Stock flow lets you log incoming goods against purchase orders, with quantity and condition tracking. Role-Based Access Control Fine-grained department and manager permissions — Accounting, Warehouse, Sales, Contacts, and more — can now be assigned per team member. The tab bar and all views adapt automatically to show only the sections each user is authorised for. Order Status & Offline Queue Order status updates now queue locally when offline and sync automatically when connectivity returns. Email notifications to customers are sent once the connection is restored. Team Calendar A shared team calendar shows events, tasks, and deadlines across your company, including overdue payment reminders tied to open orders. Stability & Sync Improvements Resolved crashes that could occur when creating user credentials or accepting share invitations on devices that hadn't completed a data migration. Fixed the share invitation sheet not opening until the app was restarted. Improved iCloud sync reliability across all company views.
