App works less than half the time, camera feeds never pull up
Impossible to make it work
I use the app to watch my dogs at their boarding place and each time I have to delete the app, reload and hope it works. The Kennel has tried to help with this but we keep having issues. Sometimes it works but mostly is frustrating.

this app, while free, generally works in summer time, except when there is rain, wind, or thunderstorms. When it gets to 0C or colder it works, less than 50% of the time, Even with wired Cameras. Support is non-existent, and the included manual, does not cover anything that goes wrong. There is no trouble shooting section.

Connection failed, CONSTANTLY!!!
Unfortunately this app is absolutely useless! We are unable to connect our cameras to start a live view - we get “connection failed” ALL THE TIME! Makes the system pretty useless if I can’t connect to see what’s happening remotely!
This seems like the biggest issue that users are having - I’m not sure why this company isn’t doing something to fix the problem?! 😡

Horrible system
Horrible system ever since I bought it, system has never been updated. The interface has never changed and the monitor screen. With or screen with cameras don’t come in as clear as it’s advertise
