App works less than half the time, camera feeds never pull up
Impossible to make it work
I use the app to watch my dogs at their boarding place and each time I have to delete the app, reload and hope it works. The Kennel has tried to help with this but we keep having issues. Sometimes it works but mostly is frustrating.

this app, while free, generally works in summer time, except when there is rain, wind, or thunderstorms. When it gets to 0C or colder it works, less than 50% of the time, Even with wired Cameras. Support is non-existent, and the included manual, does not cover anything that goes wrong. There is no trouble shooting section.

Connection failed, CONSTANTLY!!!
Unfortunately this app is absolutely useless! We are unable to connect our cameras to start a live view - we get “connection failed” ALL THE TIME! Makes the system pretty useless if I can’t connect to see what’s happening remotely!
This seems like the biggest issue that users are having - I’m not sure why this company isn’t doing something to fix the problem?! 😡

Horrible system
Horrible system ever since I bought it, system has never been updated. The interface has never changed and the monitor screen. With or screen with cameras don’t come in as clear as it’s advertise
Absolutely useless
Difficult to use, almost impossible to find the clip needed and so much more. I have a ring on my doorbell and was able to find the time when the intruder tried to get into my home. So much more

Having massive issues with this app not connecting to the cameras and support no longer provide by this company. So frustrating that I can’t access the cameras when I need to. Feel like we have wasted our money purchasing this system
Won’t work unless on a wifi connection
App no longer works when using mobile data. Why is this? Have contacted company many times requesting support and get nothing. What’s the point of having security cameras that you can not view when needed. Please advise when this is will be fixed.
Was working for 2 straight years. Now straight garbage.
Nov. 1, 2021. Had this app to monitor 8 cameras at my business and it has been great for 2 straight years. Recently, it says “connection lost” on all cameras. I have had to delete the app or sign out, re-configure and set everything up again and again, over and over about a dozen times. it’s frustrating as hell. If it’s an issue on the app, PLEASE FIX.

Very disappointed user
I have had this for few years. It was first setup with ezddns. Worked fine. But that stopped working 1 year. Than I set it up with up address. This worked till last week. Now it will not even sync. Really disappointed with this app.

Not working on mobile data
App has been working fine for 3years. Now all of a sudden it no longer works on my iPhone X mobile data when I am away from home.
Very disappointed as this is why I installed the cameras in the first place.

Apps stopped working on 4g
4g access has stopped works fine when connected to WIFI but not on 4g. Support links don’t work. We buy your product but don’t have the support. This can’t be isolated to just two customers. Please reply
Suddenly stopped working on 4G
Always dropping out and won’t reconnect. Currently the app works great if I am at home on my home WiFi but if I am out on 4G network it displays ‘no permission’ , this issue is new and it used to work fine on 4G. Nothing has changed . How do I fix this ?

Fails to work with more than one port
Using the same setup for 2 cameras using the same up address, userid and password with two different ports, 8001 for cam 1 and 8003 for cam 2, does not work. I can alternate the port setting on one or the other camera setup and it will work but cannot run both at the same time. #FAIL
Can’t View camera on WiFi
In my case, I can view when I’m not connected to wi-fi. However, two other people tried it on their phones, it works completely fine wi-fi or LTE but I have an iPhone and they had Samsungs. Not sure if it’s because of the IOS update
