I love The Cooperative Bank!
And its mobile app is phenomenally useful. For example, if you need to speak to somebody about a mobile app issue after banking hours, you get to talk to a real human being to cheerfully fixes your problem!

This app has everything I need and is easy to use! I can bank when I want and stay connected to my finances
Mobile deposit horrible
There is now a box to check for mobile deposit only. Never enough. If you write For Mobile deposit only too small, rejected. Deposited 3 checks, had to repeat 2 checks 3 times a piece
I love The Cooperative Bank!
And its mobile app is phenomenally useful. I do wish they would add two factor authentication for additional security in this day and age.

Love that there is an app to make my banking easy. It has been very helpful during the COVID pandemic to still perform my banking needs with ease.
