Disappointing app
Paid for a subscription and struggle to even view any article because of the email login link takes me to a “server not found”, thought I could try and link my Facebook to view articles but still have a error and unable to view articles.. I tried a emailing support for assistance days ago and heard still haven’t heard anything.. I tried to cancel but wait.. you had to call a number during office hours which is plain dumb, a simple feature that should be doable in account settings. I love ballarat and staying informed with news but feel scammed by having my money taken and unable to access news through an app

Also the local content for a city and region this size is extremely poor.
