Traumatized by the amount of ads
while providing free access to tv shows, you will get bombarded with ads. I would rather pay a monthly subscription than to watch shows with this many ads.

I wish corporations were held more accountable for the greediness and corruption they commit to their subscribers. Most of their bad reviews are about ads and instead of maybe creating a subscription based service for no ads, they just continue to put 20 million ads per episode. Unbelievable. I’m willing to bet anyone that they do not use their own platform because no one (not even Jesus Christ) can sit here and watch 5 ads every 5 minutes.

Excellent!
This app is right up there with tubi & pluto free-streaming apps! Actually easier to use than Pluto's live channels, though a bit less content than pluto. Terrific app...Highly recommend!
False claiming
Yeah no this app is blatantly lying about what content they have I’m not one to leave bad reviews or even leave reviews but I’ve been trying to find a way to watch the perks of being a wallflower for free in the US this app was listed as the top free app to watch the movies then when I went back and clicked the link listed on google it brought me to a completely different movie in the app please just don’t false advertise

Audio
The audio keeps cutting out on random parts of what I’m watching and it’s not a quick cut out it’s almost a minute and the captions are way too far ahead when they are talking. So I miss what is said or even just enjoy the whole show.

Ads are OUTRAGEOUS
I am so glad the show I am watching only had one season exclusively on the CW app because it is truly awful. If you try to rewind, the app will force you back to the last commercial break and it will be the same 3 commercials you’ve been watching every 5 minutes. After just one episode I can promise you will be swearing on your grandmas life that you’ll never use the companies advertising. I now truly loathe ADT, barbasol and even 811. I would rather be robbed and held hostage than sign up for ADT, as long as they don’t make me watch that commercial again. Would you look at that, the app just froze, CW did you know I was sharing your awfulness?! I can’t wait to watch another ad!

Way too many commercials. Great that’s it’s free but there’s more commercials than show.

Missing show episodes
The show wildfire has missing episodes at the end of season 2. There’s only 10 on the season. Can tell once starting season 3 that I’ve missed content.

This latest episode was great, a very powerful storyline. Writers did an awesome job with this week episode. I’ve watched it three times since it aired. Please don’t cancel this show.

Not working
All of the negative reviews are right!!
There are about 5 two minute long non-skippable ads per episode, and the app lags and freezes constantly!! Even after closing the app, restarting the episode, and even restarting my device, the episodes will not play.
No longer functioning
It is a real shame, because The CW has some great programs. It was always glitchy: Content Playback Error was frequent. Now that Nexstar has branded The CW, it is not working at all. Ads play, but display Ad Error. You might try to play something you like, but then it says: Content Playback Error. It is a real shame that the new media owners fail at operating. Kinda like the flaws in decision-making trickle down and ruin things for the majority. Makes me feel blue. 31 July 2026

Good but needs help
Love that the movies and app aren’t expensive like some other streaming apps, but lately random movies won’t play at all. What is this about? It would at least be good to be able to rate the movies like you can on Netflix’s so you know which ones not to try again and remember the ones you do really like.
