Daily Item App
I mainly read the paper version of the newspaper. I downloaded the app to be able to read on the go and on days when I don’t receive a physical newspaper. This is low tech enough for me that I’m satisfied it mimics the experience of the physical paper. I used to get Washpo app, but switched to the Daily Item for local events and news. Their paper is a good quality for a local paper trying to showcase some slightly more liberal viewpoints, but also showing both sides. I recommend the Daily Item over the Williamsport Sun Gazette, but they cover slightly different regions. The Sun Gazette has a lot of conservative bias and spelling errors.

Great way to read the local paper
The daily item is a very good local paper and this app is a great way to read it. It’s easy to see it in webpage form or to see it as the printed paper. Either way works great.
