Daily Item App
I mainly read the paper version of the newspaper. I downloaded the app to be able to read on the go and on days when I don’t receive a physical newspaper. This is low tech enough for me that I’m satisfied it mimics the experience of the physical paper. I used to get Washpo app, but switched to the Daily Item for local events and news. Their paper is a good quality for a local paper trying to showcase some slightly more liberal viewpoints, but also showing both sides. I recommend the Daily Item over the Williamsport Sun Gazette, but they cover slightly different regions. The Sun Gazette has a lot of conservative bias and spelling errors.

Great that item allows you view the obituaries. Could we be allowed a small number of articles to view daily, like 2, or three each week?

I love the Daily Item
I like reading the Daily Item. My wife and I have been getting this paper for years. Now with the app I can send links to this I like to others. I love the editorials and opinion sections. I like that you guys list how to contact our representatives. Many great things about this paper.
Generally good on line
Generally reading the paper on line is fine. Sometime the text is whacky with letters missing and /or jumbled.
