Absolutely terrible. I canceld my subscription months ago only to realize im still being charged monthly. You cant get ahold of anyone to help and are told you can only be helped during normal hours even thkugh you call during normal hours. My account is deactivated and there are no subscriptions in my itunes account. It even asks if i want to restore my purchases on the app settings. This is unacceptable.

Impossible to cancel the subscription
Why is it so ridiculously difficult to cancel this subscription!? Frankly I never signed up for it!

I always saw the paper just like a newspaper. What is this and who’s bright idea did this? It is awful. I want my newspaper back.

Why did you change I used to get my obituaries on a different page all the time now I have to come to this website

Love it .....no going to the mail box to get the news paper in the rain or when the weathers bad or getting up to go to the store. Just look at it on your phone or tablet whenever. No more throwing days of news papers in the trash. This is the way to go!

The developers of this app did a great job. Unfortunately, the content of the need for this area is terrible. It was bad in print and has not improved online. The name should be changed to "The Daily Rag" with the tag line of "If it happened two days ago we'll print it!" (And, most likely, still get the facts wrong)
