Multiple issues, still worth it but annoying
Took a couple tries to get the app going because it downloaded. AR did not work. The self guided tour for the special exhibit didn’t work. But, the self guided tour for the permanent collection was informative. Frustrating to use though.

What’s the point of this app? Super slow and much worse than just building a website.
A/r doesn’t work on iPhone
Augmented reality didn’t work n iPhone 12. Worked on our friends galaxy/android phones.

Went to the Dali museum and was a total waste of time and money. The tour narrative feature doesn’t work. Every time you click start your the app crashes. So wasn’t able to get the full experience
AR feature quite glitchy
Overall a decent app with nice narratives. AR could work with older SE in our group but not with 14

Terrible Performance, out of order
The artwork in the museum does not align with the numbers in the app. Horrible to wander around trying to find the wrong number on the right painting. Performance is terrible… either on cell or WiFi, the audio tours only load on every 1 of 10 tries. Have to keep rebooting the app to get the tour to load. Very frustrating. Makes an otherwise amazing museum a very negative experience. Waste of time and money.

app is unreliable and frustrating
Started off excited about the self guided tour using the app. After 20 minutes of it repeatedly shutting down, glitching out, and freezing, it was not worth it. I eventually went downstairs and requested a hard copy.
App is unusable for its main purpose
The app freezes crashes and often won’t play the guided tours, would have much rather had a tour guide, gladly would have paid them as well as this app does not work at all.

App crashes every few minutes. None of the advanced features worked. It really detracted from my visit. Would have far preferred a pamphlet with the same information. And it wasn’t just me. Everyone else at the museum was struggling with it as well.

Great idea, terrible app
Crashes constantly. Won’t play unless you hold it to your ear (fair enough) but then you can’t see the play button to start it… you end up pressing some other part of the app. Terrible design.

The app crashed every 30 seconds, almost unabrable to use. The layout and functionality is good but the crashing needs to be fixed ASAP

The app keeps crashing and nothing loads it’s a terrible app and it doesn’t tell you ahead of time that you need headphones to listen to anything and it was not clear and very glitchy this is a terrible app… I’m not happy with it
Difficult to quickly learn
Does not seem intuitive at all. Difficult to try to figure out while you are visiting the museum. We all just gave up and enjoyed our visit without the app.
Content seems good....
But the app was barely usable. But it was constantly freezing up and crashing. After the third crash in 10 minutes I gave up.
