Terrible mobile deposits on average.
4 weeks in a row I had to reach out due to issues with mobile deposit only to be told they were continuously having “technical difficulties”

There’s nothing better than a small town bank with employees who know your name. They help within minutes of a call, give me heads up when an account needs attention and make me feel like my finances are safe. The online site is easy to use and very convenient.
Password reset is broken on iOS
I cannot access my account as the password reset thing is stuck in a loop saying “must be requested and recovered from same device”

This is a great way to do all your banking business from any where.
This app saves a lot of time and gas money. You can do everything from anywhere with this app. We are living in a time where it’s possible for a person that is not able to get out and about to do your banking at your convenience.
Garbage bank
Hard to do online banking and pay a mortgage when the bank can’t figure out how to let customers login. Nothing but problems with this bank.

I’m so frustrated with Dart Bank and their stupid app. I’ve had an account with them for about a year and during this time I have had nothing but HORRIBLE app service. Am considering closing my accounts and would not recommend this bank to anyone. When I did open the account the service was great but lately not!!
