Disgrace
I am a Red Wing Season Ticket holder who is mainly out State and I give the tickets to family and friends so I need the app. Here is how the app works... at least for IPhone 11... you download the App ... transfer the tickets and then the App never works again until deleted and reinstalled.
Needs Update to work on iPhone 11 Pro
I recently got the new iPhone 11 Pro and the app keeps crashing. I have to delete and re-install the app each time I want to check my tickets.
I’ve made sure the phone and apps are at the most current software versions
Never had any issues with my old IPhone X so I can only think it’s something to do with the app and how it works with the new iPhone hardware

Crashes Constantly
Cannot use this app. Downloaded it to view and use my Red Wings tickets. After installing, I can sign in and use it once. If I close it and open it again, it crashes. Cannot get past the load screen without crashing. Uninstall. Reinstall, sign back in, use it once, close it, open it to use again, crash. Rinse and repeat. Effectively useless.

I live downtown and bartend there as well. The ‘events’ tab helps me figure out what kind of traffic to expect and what events I might wanna check out.
Great in theory, not in application. Very frustrating
You have to link multiple apps to this one app. Not interface friendly. Have to tap multiple times on an icon to get it to register. Nothing to notify you that it’s loading. Can’t transfer tickets to your Wallet. Have to be logged in to third party apps to view tickets to your event. Very confusing layout. They are trying to make it a one stop shop app for everything downtown which is great but they need a ton of improvements to make it more efficient. The only reason I use this app is because I HAVE to.

Everything all in one place
This app is great because everything is all in one place. I can access my tickets and purchase pre-paid parking along with a bunch of other functions.
App is garbage
Link to contact them to try and get help to functions not working on my iPad won’t work. My season tickets can’t be accessed through this app like before. Freezes all the time and needs a ton of work, but, yeah.... it looks ok. My opinion, before you go to mobile tickets solely, you should make sure your app is flawless. Extremely disappointed.

Best Entertainment App for the Best Entertainment District
Anything you you could possibly need is in this app. Sports, entertainment, parking, transit, tickets and the best downtown premier restaurants all in one easy to navigate app. An absolute necessity for anyone who visits or frequents the best entertainment district in America, The District Detroit.
Fun, cool features
So easy to plan visits to the arena and park and/or grab a bite to eat in the area. Lots of fun features for game time too - my kids love the games. Good, useful app. Happy with recent upgrades/additions.
Awful App
This app is terrible. It freezes every single time I use it. I’m able to open/view tickets only half the time. Get error messages whenever I try to cancel the listed tickets for sale. Then after it freezes, my phone basically freezes for about 15 seconds too. Decent idea, but terrible execution.

Crashes when trying to add to Apple Wallet
Tried several times. Every time I try to add to Apple Wallet it crashes the app. Opening the app at the door is much less convenient, so please fix before Wings opening night!
Great app!
Everything I need in one app!! Order tickets, find parking, indoor maps to find food. I could even order food and drinks from my seat and pick it up without waiting in line! Love it!!!!
App Works Well
The App is really nice and I love the ability to buy parking ahead of time. However, there needs to be a feature to buy a handicap spot. I'm going to an event with a friend who is in a wheelchair and I need to be able to guarantee a wheelchair accessible spot when I buy parking.
Needs improvement
The ticket sale function doesn’t work. The navigation bar floats over the tickets so you cannot select certain options. When I emailed about the issue I was told I could use a computer to sell tickets which defeats the purpose of having an app. It would be nice to filter restaurants by venue instead of seeing a long list. Also it would be nice to have links to menus for restaurants that have them instead of having to leave the app and do a google search. The app could be great but there are a lot of intuitive functions that are currently missing. Overall the user experience is lacking and their customer service stinks.

Love it!
Love the app. Everything works perfectly and it has a great feel to it. The only thing I would like to see is when you click on a restaurant that there is a map to show where it is relevant to the venues. It would be great to open something and see where all the restaurants listed are actually at.
Glitches
The app is aesthetically appealing but there is one slight problem. When I click to purchase tickets for a wings game it takes me to Ticketmaster and says I'm searching for tickets for a Pistons game, which I definitely am not.

Your All Around Tool for The District Detroit
It's great to finally have all my local venues and events in one spot. I can't wait to use this for Wings games and to see all the cool things happening right on my phone. Being able to store tickets and purchase parking on one simple to use app is a game changer! 5/5 would download again.
