This app never gets started
This app will not start. You cannot select a Country.

This app is borderline abandonware at this point, latest update does not pass the opening screen. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing.
No good at all
I downloaded the app to my iPhone and iPad, when launching the App it gets stuck at the first language screen with a spinning graphic in the middle, I’ve left it for ages and no luck so totally unusable.
Used to be good
The app is completely useless now. I got a new iPad and had to reinstall the app. It downloads, then locks up at the select language page. In years past, I’ve enjoyed reading the magazines, I can’t anymore even though I’m a Lifetime HOG member. Very disappointed in HOG and HD in general.

Won’t go beyond Select Language screen
After downloading the app it won’t allow me to select my, or any, language on the initial Select Language screen, so pretty much useless unless you just want to stare at that only. Wont let me go beyond that page where the language selector is frozen and greyed out.
Excellent ezine, good content but
Why in the world they didn't allow for zoom-in to the images?. That's basic ios programming, something expected in iPhone apps.
The app is 12+ years old, I'd think this was by design which creates a bad user experience. I'll just remove it from my phone.

Cannot use the app
The app hangs on the initial page. “Select language” is grayed out and frozen. Deleted the app and reloaded twice with same result.

Tried everything. The app will not load any issues of the magazine. Tried to report a problem and can’t do that either.

I downloaded the app on my iPhone and iPad. It does the same thing on both devices. The app loads , but when opened, it just sits there. Does nothing and doesn't respond. I gotta say, as a dedicated HD customer, they don't make it easy to remain loyal.

Not a good magazine app…
I’m really disappointed that I no longer get the print version of the magazine, and now HD seems to think their customers will want to just flip through this app without ever going back to the index! It’s not laid out like a magazine, once you start reading an article you have to scroll forward and backward from that point. I haven’t figured out how to get back to the index, so it just leaves me frustrated! 😖

Print too small
I was happy to get the app, but it needs some serious refinement. You should be able to view it in landscape format, because the print is so small to read on a Smartphone. It should have the option to change the font size. Also, why is there a gap in issues? I have issue 01, but then it goes to issue 09. What happened to 02-08? You can do better. If you’re going offer the app, at least make it user friendly. God knows, Harley-Davidson makes enough money off us to afford it.

Feature Request
The content is great, but the APP should support landscape mode on iPad. I use a Magic Keyboard and my iPad is landscape virtually all the time. Thanks.
Loses progress when screen closes
I really like the digital production and layout when reading via the app. There is an annoying bug though: if you close your screen or navigate to another app even for a moment, when returning to this app I find I am back at the front cover, not where I had got up to last
