The app works great but I’m very disappointed that you cannot use the QR code inside the store. It makes no sense that you can only accumulate points from to go orders. I really hope you fix that. It also does not encourage environmentally friendly practices because now I order everything through the app even if I dine in, just to get my rewards.

UPDATE: clearly updates to app have been made. It got worse ….
ORIGINAL: I love 507. Every step of the app is a point of friction. Suggestion to add a time for pickup = ASAP or move the pickup time to the end of the order process. Every time I tried to pay the time I had been allowed to select was no longer available. Had to move time 5 times.

Everything about this brand rules
It’s fitting that such a killer coffee shop would have such a killer app. These folks just know how to run a business. This app runs seamlessly and I actually enjoyed seeing how many options there were to the modifications of my items. Honestly, this works wayyyyy better than the Starbucks app. But when Five07 is around, there’s no reason for me to go anywhere else in the first place!

Terrible App
This is an App for ordering specialty drinks and food items. It is not flexible enough to omit items such as milk from a drink or at least allow special written instructions. I visit this place several times a week. I am not able to use this app due to these limitations. Fix them please.
