The app works great but I’m very disappointed that you cannot use the QR code inside the store. It makes no sense that you can only accumulate points from to go orders. I really hope you fix that. It also does not encourage environmentally friendly practices because now I order everything through the app even if I dine in, just to get my rewards.

UPDATE: clearly updates to app have been made. It got worse ….
ORIGINAL: I love 507. Every step of the app is a point of friction. Suggestion to add a time for pickup = ASAP or move the pickup time to the end of the order process. Every time I tried to pay the time I had been allowed to select was no longer available. Had to move time 5 times.
