Thank you Chris!

Thank you so much for this VoiceOver accessible game! So many game app designers leave people who are blind in the dust of graphical interphases. Your games immerse the reader in an engaging mystery, where attention to detail and creative problem solving help unravel the plot. I really appreciate that no choices result in the character's demise, and no opportunities are missed by a particular choice. I couldn't put it down for long, until I completed all three.

Compelling!

A walk down memory lane.... The gameโ€™s designer and programmer, Chris Radford, has revitalized and re-energized the classic text-based adventure games of yesteryear with a modern day visually appealing and easy-to-use graphical user interface that eliminates all the typing that this genre typically entailed before the advent of awesome widgets. Dynamically optimized for either tablets or smartphones, the game-play is addictive, the story line is compelling, and the underlying themes are poignant. Overall, an experience worth every minute and every dime. Well done and thank you, Chris, for sharing your imagination, your enthusiasm and your message!

The worldโ€™s most underrated game

This app is so addictive, I played it for, I think 5 minutes the 1 hour later I went back on and I havenโ€™t played anything since

Loved the game!

Wonderful story with a cool old school vibe to it. The ending was pleasantly surprising, and I recommend you try it.

AWESOME GAME!

Great job, Chris! I've been meaning to play this for awhile, and had no idea it was so addictive until trying it last week on vacation. I got so involved, I did nothing but play! Immediately got Part 2, and now want the next part!

Keep up the great work!

Just, no

This game is OK until it turns into Christian drivel. Meh.

Keep up the good work

I am a Christian, and I love the work your doing here. It was just like a 3 hour long gospel tract. Loved it

A text adventure app that doesn't autosave?

Game was ok. Played for a couple hours. Came back to the app and it started at the beginning when I selected continue game. Dumb. Not good enough to play again. Deleted the app.

Highly recommend!

I'm a huge fan of text based games. In a world of seamless gaming graphics, they rely on imagination to be entertaining. This game is unique, fun, and challenging! The Christian theme was a pleasant surprise. It's a sobering reminder of what's at stake both in the game and in real life.

Warning!

If you are not interested in being preached to, don't bother with this app. Should come with a warning. The storyline is about a sinner who is searching for answers about the disappearance of his family. Turns out they were called to heaven at the rapture. ๐Ÿ˜‘ According to this game, my family and I are going to hell. Cheers for that info.

Why did it have to turn into this?

I was so thoroughly impressed with this game until I realized it's just a preachy Christian game. No thanks. Thought this would end in Zombies or monsters but no.

It's a Trap!!

Entertaining for the most part. But I do not advise playing this game, if excessive guilt and 'need to repent for your sins' makes you uncomfortable. If that is not a problem, you will probably enjoy this game. I certainly felt uncomfortable with the ending. ๐Ÿ˜“๐Ÿ˜“๐Ÿ˜“

Good game

I love this game really difficult but extremely fun and addicting I love it make more please and for the IPhone 3 please!!!!!!

So far so good

Bruins back memories of old school text adventures. Well done way to enter exit in without typing. Obviously makes the game easier but hats more hen okay. Kinda not into typing a million things to figure out to start engine with car key hahaha

Quality game

Love these text adventure games. This one is particularly impressive having a action and map feature.

Really!?!

This is a engaging and suspenseful text adventure. I was hooked until the last 20 min when it turned into a sermon about we are all going to hell. It was not worth the being utterly disappointed in the ending.

Intense!!

This series has been by far the very best game I have ever played! It's very addictive and intense and keeps you wanting to find out what happens next! I have played The Forgotten Nightmare and The Forgotten Nightmare II, I have been waiting several years for The Forgotten Nightmare III, I hope this is still in the works!!! Love this game!

Great game

Very well made game and a ton of fun to play. The ending was way to pushy for me though.

Not bad until the preachy ending

If you plan to preach Christianity at people make it clear from the start that that's what you're doing. Awful ending, really, really awful!

Great game

A well done simple text game.
