The APP is not good
I have been trying to place a delivery order for the past hour and a half. The app needs a serious cleaning

Sort by aisle
To the people who program and test this app, when you are in your shopping list and want to sort by aisle…the number sorting should be like 1, 2, 3, 4, etc… NOT LIKE 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 2, 20…. EXPERIENCED THIS BUG TODAY 11/2/2025…FIX THIS PLEASE!
Coupons won’t download
App says they’re downloaded but on receipt you pay regular price. Rude employees check store machine and tell you that you didn’t load them. Absolutely terrible experience! Need to fix this app!!

Customer service is amazing & The app itself is good for finding different sales and prices of specific items, however I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything in the app I tried it and was disappointed I sat outside waiting for my order as the app instructed. A 1/2 hour went by so I went in and got my stuff then once I finally got my stuff they substituted some of my items without my knowledge and upcharged me for these items, so I asked for a refund, then they told me because I didn’t have my card on hand there was no way for me to get a refund since I used food stamps. They then offered me to exchange the items which I did since it was my only real option but because I had to do my own shopping after that what was the point of me paying them to shop for my order!? I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed I will no longer be using their app it was my first and last time!

Awful
Most frustrating app. Put in chicken-no coupons found. Put in chicken wings-no coupons found. It says digital coupon on circular. No way to narrow it down. Must scroll through feminine hygiene products & then found no foods. Click on circular & shows you product but you can’t clip coupon, only add to shopping list. Then you go to list & says none found. Just awful.

i switched to the app, and I no longer get a free item.
Beyond oops
This app doesn’t work! If you put in NJ only PA stores are listed, and the reverse. Also, it doesn’t accept login information. Digital coupons don’t load - so what’s the point?

Ergonomically unsound
Same freezing and nonsense I had with the ShopRite app. Can’t choose a preferred store, freezes when I try to load the circular.
Digital Coupons!
I find that the use of digital coupons is very time consuming and definitely not a convenience for elderly! Why have a “Fresh Grocer” card if you still have to use your phone or the ONE kiosk before checking out.
Self checkouts should ALL be less than 10 items, and digital coupons should be covered under the shopping card.
I realize I am one individual, but I have seen several who were struggling while trying to checkout!

The Meadow Avenue store is missing from the listing and map of stores to select as your favorite store when setting up the app. Please fix this asap.
