Frustrated

I have a membership account with RHS. Tried to login on the app with the same details ( user name and password) invalid apparently, yet no problem logging into my RHS membership account!!
Then saw the app website is b2clogin.com which is the same as English Heritage. So tried that login combo ( user name and password) invalid for the app but OK for the English Heritage membership area!!
Changed the password - still no joy!!
Still you are using Microsoft’s password muddle! Always a pain!
In the meantime please advise how I can logon to the app!!!

Too small on a phone

Not practical to read The Garden on a phone.

New membership

V disappointing. What an antiquated app! No way to download membership card
or vouchers. Same info available to non members. Pointless! And then you have to pay for the RHS grow app.

Dreadful website

Login and it doesn’t let me continue - what is the point???

Chelsea

Great show. We had a wonderful day on Wednesday at Chelsea. A lot of lovely gardens this year and a great atmosphere.

Push notices from the RHS

It’s lovely getting the notices which I regularly read and there’s some good tips on there.
It so much better than last year where I had to continuously keep logging in although I’d already been logged in.
Great work RHS.

Variety

Love the ideas I get from these. I’ve used the ideas for our smallish garden created during lockdown. And it’s really varied and always something to see.

No handbook

I’ve just rejoined. Previously I had a handbook. Now nothing but an App. Can find no logical way to search for Partner gardens. I search for Wakehurst Place and the magazine comes up. If I didn’t know of a gardens existence, I wouldn’t find it here. Really furious it should be obvious to all.

Useful

Would be better if photos for plant identification

I do really like the app as a novice gardener but I’m disappointed there are hardly any photos on the plant identifiers which as a newby is essential to know one type from another. The picture on App Store makes it look like all plants have lovely photos to show you what they look like

Excellent

Great source of knowledge and information. Useful tips and great pod casts.

Brilliant app

Allows me to read the magazine on my iPad and zoom in to the fabulous images.
Great to have all the magazines in one place and the RHS members handbook and podcasts too.
Thank you

A great way to start the day

Delighted with RHS magazine (and membership), giving a mix of practical information, inspiration and hope.

This is such a challenging time for people and the plants and wildlife we depend on. I find it helps to start the day with RHS and inspiration for a thriving environment

For all gardeners

The Garden has something for everyone, whether it’s growing vegetables, designing a small town garden, or learning how to improve your topiary; reassuring worried readers (‘Is my plant dying?) or a special feature on a special shrub. Sheer pleasure.

Mr

Not good that I pay to join the RHS Then have to pay £3.99 to view the magazine

Secret subscription only

I can’t access any articles anymore as I need to pay a subscription.. didn’t make that obvious..

More interactive for finding open & free access partner gardens

I am really struggling to find partner gardens free access within a radius of a certain place on a certain date . It would be so useful to be able to input a date and a radius on a map. So many places not open or not free.
Interactive map would be lovely. On the phone it is quite difficult. So many partner gardens I have already missed or will miss due to the v restricted access times.

The Garden

A great source of inspiration, solutions and knowledge:)

Too slow

Such a slow search engine

Bad app

Why this app is unable to remember my membership. Having to sign in every time makes it unusable.
