Could be better
I love the quality and all the colors, but ive faced a few issues while using the app, itโs really slow, some pages dont load, and i dont know why it would pause my podcast when I use it, i had to switch to the website, which says it sent a verification link to my email but I never received that, i used another email address and it was the same case. I do like the match feature in the app though. Also i miss the sales page.

Terrible delivery and customer service

The worst delivery service ever โฆ I place an order from week and they put the status as delivered and it wasnโt delivered And when it delivered no one call me to take my order or to inform me that its on the door Until now didnโt receive my order and still showing as delivered .

The only problem w their leggings is not camel tor proof! And squat proof! The app is easy to navigate and very fast

Best Customer Service
I wanted to return two items from my order so I emailed them on a Saturday night. I was surprised that just a few minutes later I received a reply from the team. Long story short, the next morning they already picked up my items and by afternoon my refund was already processed. On a Sunday!
