Can’t add existing reservation to app. Text Us feature doesn’t work. Can’t book cabanas. Contact Us is useless.
Amazing resort
This resort is a wonderful place to go and visit. Though the resort is amazing, the app isn’t the best. It’s a lot better than people say, maybe because of the bug fix, but the app could be better. If you are going to visit Orlando, I would recommend this place.

Can’t even load reservation
I’ve tried entering my surname and the confirmation number from my email and it just keeps giving an error message. Sounds like once you get in it doesn’t actually work anyhow.
Don’t use this. Don’t even come to this hotel
First off mobile check in doesn’t work because they have a different number for check in in comparison to sites like hotels.com, then check in in person had a wait of 3 hours. Even after we checked in at 6pm, we found out they don’t have any rooms clean so we have to wait for that, as well as to even get the cards so we can’t leave the main area after 4 hours
