Rewards Don’t Work
The whole reward system set-up and reason to get the app is completely broken. I’ve never gotten points and according to the people in the store, it should automatically work with your phone number. It does not. So… this is really just for the VIP special awards that come like once or twice a year.

Unreliable and unhelpful. Owners seem to be using this as a way to limit rewards being used.
