Confusing for New Donors
According to the website, in order to schedule an appointment you need to download the app. However, I downloaded the app, and I don’t see any ways to schedule an appointment. There’s not much you can do without a donor ID but I don’t have that yet. I’d prefer to have a set time rather than driving all the way there just to be turned away because they’re booked. If there is a way to book an appointment through the app it is not easy to find. I’ll probably try BioLife again if I can’t figure it out.

not working
I’ve been donating for a few years now and the app has always worked for me when i wanted to redeem points, but now trying to log in it says donor not found when i knoooooow it’s not true

This might be the most frustrating experience I’ve had w/ an app. For some reason I’m randomly logged out, and then when I attempt to login I’m given “donor not found”, oh and when I’m amble to login it randomly kicks me out again. You think with how much these money sucking vampires are making selling plasma they would design a better app, guess not.

Terrible app—points aren’t awarded when they’re supposed to be, I’m constantly getting locked out and getting a “donor not found” message and there’s no number to call; it says to consort a staff member at the donation center, but they know nothing about the app and have no access to change anything.

This app sucks
I have try 100 times to get this app to work. I have deleted and reinstalled a 100 times and it won’t recognized donor. So I tried logging in with my phone number and email still doesn’t recognize me.
