Confusing for New Donors
According to the website, in order to schedule an appointment you need to download the app. However, I downloaded the app, and I don’t see any ways to schedule an appointment. There’s not much you can do without a donor ID but I don’t have that yet. I’d prefer to have a set time rather than driving all the way there just to be turned away because they’re booked. If there is a way to book an appointment through the app it is not easy to find. I’ll probably try BioLife again if I can’t figure it out.

I’ve been donating for a few years now and the app has always worked for me when i wanted to redeem points, but now trying to log in it says donor not found when i knoooooow it’s not true

This might be the most frustrating experience I’ve had w/ an app. For some reason I’m randomly logged out, and then when I attempt to login I’m given “donor not found”, oh and when I’m amble to login it randomly kicks me out again. You think with how much these money sucking vampires are making selling plasma they would design a better app, guess not.

Terrible app—points aren’t awarded when they’re supposed to be, I’m constantly getting locked out and getting a “donor not found” message and there’s no number to call; it says to consort a staff member at the donation center, but they know nothing about the app and have no access to change anything.

I have try 100 times to get this app to work. I have deleted and reinstalled a 100 times and it won’t recognized donor. So I tried logging in with my phone number and email still doesn’t recognize me.

The plasma center is fine, but the app frequently has issues. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled previously, but this time, the app won’t load any information. It’s Feb 2026 - is anyone else having problems? Thank you.

This is terrible and the app is the main reason you should switch to donating somewhere else.
The reward system never works. The express system also never works. And if there’s ever been a situation where I desperately needed to look at my funds, the app decides it won’t even log me in.

This app does not function the correct way . I have not been able to use my KED points for months . Everytime I attempt to cash them in for a gift card I get error message oops something went wrong . You need to make a update

Terrible app
Logs me out and then keeps me logged out for hours until it decides it wants to work. Hate this app wish i could use anything else. I use the same login information everytime it just doesnt work. Hate technology i thought it was suppose to make life easier not give me a headache

It’s pretty insane how consistently this app just doesn’t work. Wanna check your balance? Not working. Want to see your rewards? Too bad not working. 8/10 times you won’t get any help from this god awful app

This app never works right. I can’t even get logged into it now. This is the worst app I’ve ever used.
12/2/25 App is still trash
App used to work for the most part and now it can’t find my donor id. Nobody to ask for help from the KED plasma center or online support. Terrible app continually being broken 😡
App seldom works
Most of the time the app doesn’t open on my IPhone. It just opens a KED plasma blue screen and sits there never logging in or providing any other screens or menus.
