App logs me out
The app keeps logging me out and when I try to sign in it displays an error message and says also donor not found
Ked plasma app needs to be better
Every time after I’m done donating plasma, they kick me out of it until the next day then I can log back in please fix this app you can never do anything with it. It has now logged me out for over a week.
Could be useful
I gave a 3 because when the app works it’s amazing!!!! But that seems to be the problem any more, not wanting to work. It takes away one of the valuable things of having it, earning points!! If I can’t log in before I donate and do the survey I loose those points. Earning points in my opinion is 75% worth using the app. The other 25% is checking the balance (which is very important)! And keep check on your results is as well. PLEASE WORK AT FIXING THIS ASAP!! I promote this app to alot of donors, but keeps it up everyone will know it’s useless as a digital paperweight!!

Perpetual Malfunction
I have been donating at KEDPLASMA for years and this app is still broken. It is very difficult to sign back in and use points. Sidenote the charges to withdraw cash from pay card is atrocious Allpoint locations do not work.
Garbage
I’ve been a donor for several months and now the app doesn’t recognize my donor number. I cannot log in to check anything! This is by far the worst app I’ve ever had to deal with.

This app needs a lot of work. It crashes constantly, can not find the donor or tells you “something went wrong”

People get Pheasant money, corporate pockets millions of dollars and can take hours to get into app!
“OOPS, SOMETHING WENT WRONG” or ‘ERROR’ most of the time when trying to use the app. Not only has the app wasted hours of my time but the 7 to 9 hours of public bus trips to Kedplasma to help donate to people who need it. My wife and I have to aboard 3 different buses on the way to there and back. So we spend almost 20 hours of our time, a week to donate and get a tiny $50 to $75. The staff are great! They are awesome people!! But this company and their app, sucks! If this is the best you can do? Then your best isn’t good enough! And… to charge 50¢ every time someone uses their card? That’s just robbing people! All the connections with this company are crooked!

This app is the worst
I swear this has to be the worst app I have ever used. If not the most frustrating. Almost every day it logs me out and when I log back in, it throws an error message saying that my donor number is not found. When it does recognize my donor number, it asks for a validation code which then leads to another error message…oops something went wrong. I swear I only keep this app because I need it to get the most up to date balance on my card. This thing is truly a headache, but there are no better options. C’mon KED make a web portal so that we don’t have to rely on this piece of junk.

App doesn’t work
Impossible to use, app rarely works. Logs you out and hits you with a wall of errors and long loading times, shame.
Donor not found
Randomly I’ll get logged out & get the message “donor not found.” I have to go in physically & reset my account. This takes a lot of time. This is happening too often. Very frustrating.
