First Timer
My first time was an incredible experience. Struggled with the QRCode and the application process. Betsy was there with an endless smile and positive energy, every step of the way. I’m looking forward to going tomorrow for my second appointment. Other staff members were very helpful and kind too. I will learn their names soon! Thank you so much 🫶🏼🫂

Their pay sign app is terrible and crashes all the time. My only complaint on this app is one time I was promised a $30 bonus and didn’t get it.

horrible place, taking advantage of people who really need the money. when you refer someone make sure to just do it there in person because the process is ridiculous. my referral donated twice, signed up with the link & somehow it’s not working. on top of that whenever you get a bonus make sure to show the voucher about 4x because they will input the wrong information so on your next donation you’re only getting paid out $40. absolutely unprofessional & disgusting. stop donating your plasma to this place. ITS A SCAM. they charge you $2.50 for a new card with out telling you.
