I donated plasma but the App didn’t give me Donor ID. After 4 donations, I had to tell staff about the issue and was given one. Other than that, the Donor Hub App works well.

Definitely not professional a week ago I was screened having a 5.9 protein now I’m getting denied for having too low protein when a week ago it was just cool I don’t get it they pick and chose who they like there

All the employees here are very nice, professional and helpful. The establishment itself is very clean and they get you through the donation process rather quickly.
