My first time was an incredible experience. Struggled with the QRCode and the application process. Betsy was there with an endless smile and positive energy, every step of the way. Their pay sign app is terrible and crashes all the time. My only complaint on this app is one time I was promised a $30 bonus and didn’t get it.

horrible place, taking advantage of people who really need the money. when you refer someone make sure to just do it there in person because the process is ridiculous. my referral donated twice, signed up with the link & somehow it’s not working. on top of that whenever you get a bonus make sure to show the voucher about 4x because they will input the wrong information so on your next donation you’re only getting paid out $40. absolutely unprofessional & disgusting. stop donating your plasma to this place. ITS A SCAM. they charge you $2.50 for a new card with out telling you.

This app is soo bad!! It constantly wants you to change your password and then when you do change it it doesn't want to log you in!! You guys need to do better!!
First week ever donating.
Good afternoon went for the first time ever to go and donate on a Monday every owner perfectly fine went my second time the phlebotomist couldn’t find my vein on my left arm kept taking it in and out called another person both of them messed it up. Then they commence to work on my right arm instantly felt pain they had blown my right vein. Not worth the money or time then they want to apologize to the phlebotomist why my arms are the ones that got messed up. She should be fired.

The center it’s self is cool bathrooms stay clean for the most part but staff on the other hand is terrible they are rude & don’t know how to talk to customers they complain about being at work just everything except making sure the customers are comfortable they say we can’t use the kiosk without manger permission which is weird because the kiosk is there for our use I got deferred for supposedly using the kiosk I still haven’t got any more information from them very unprofessional
