A big release: every form now tells you what it still needs, notifications that land where they should, a guided start for new members, and pull-to-refresh everywhere you'd expect it. NEW HERE? THE APP SHOWS YOU AROUND First sign-in now opens a short, skippable walkthrough — pull to refresh, set your notifications, talk to the Wiz — tailored to whether you're a homeowner, a renter or on the board. NO MORE GUESSING WHY A BUTTON WON'T WORK Every form in the app — from reporting a violation to submitting a quote — now lists what it still needs, right above the submit button. Required fields are marked, the list shrinks as you fill them in, and submitting early tells you exactly what's missing instead of nothing happening. NOTIFICATIONS THAT OPEN THE RIGHT THING Tap a notification and you land on the actual item — the meeting, the vote, the violation, the work order, the invoice — instead of a list you have to search. We went through every notification type, on every role, and fixed the ones that dropped you on the home screen. Works whether the app was already open or launched fresh from the tap. • Vendors now have a notification bell of their own, with an unread count and job-scoped links. • Renters: your notification taps work on a cold launch, not just when the app is already open. • Board members can mute the new-request firehose while staying alerted on anything involving money — they're separate switches now. • Notification preferences save reliably, and fraud and security alerts always reach you. PULL TO REFRESH, EVERYWHERE Pull-to-refresh used to work on a handful of screens. It's now on nearly every list — dashboards, requests, violations, documents, payments, meetings, the vendor hub and the financial screens. It responds on the first pull and doesn't fight the scroll. TALKING TO THE WIZ • The orb stays red until the Wiz has finished greeting you, so "your turn" means your turn. • The greeting is saved after the first time, so voice mode opens and starts talking immediately. • Your own messages no longer appear twice in a conversation. • Renters: the Wiz button now opens the microphone like everywhere else. BOARD VOTING ON MONEY • Approving a void or refund needs a majority of your board rather than every single member — one person on vacation no longer freezes a decision. • Changed your mind? You can withdraw an approval before the vote completes. • Every vote screen shows your own vote once cast, who else has voted, and how many approvals remain. • Approving a completed job shows the vendor's final cost before you confirm, not after. POLLS AND ELECTIONS ARE NOW SEPARATE Community voting is split into Community Polls — non-binding sentiment votes — and a separate Elections area, each with a plain-language note explaining which is which. FOR MAINTENANCE COMMITTEES Committee members can now work a job end to end: a Site Visits tab alongside Work Orders and Vendors, a Confirm Work Complete step, vendor ratings you can edit or remove, and direct messaging with vendors — who now see your committee's name, not "Resident". DASHBOARDS AND DOCUMENTS • Collapse the sections you don't use; the app remembers next time. • Refreshed headers across the resident, board and vendor dashboards. • Documents: clearer category chips and a tidier hub on every role. FIXES • Cancelled meetings stay cancelled instead of reappearing on your calendar. • Past meetings no longer show a live join link, and meetings that never stored their room details can find them again. • Insurance renewal dates no longer show a day early. • Photos and documents load reliably across violations, work orders and quotes. • Board home now badges outstanding dues, active assessments and missed payments. • Scheduling a site visit from an architectural request opens properly. • Vendors: your dashboard remembers which sections you collapsed, and empty ones tuck away. • Plenty of smaller fixes across payments, notifications and navigation.
