If you’re going to be ridiculously specific about what you want on the endorsement for mobile deposits, then put that as the instructions once you start the process to make a mobile deposit. There’s plenty of empty space on the screen.

Why are you excluding older iphones that are perfectly serviceable with Apples latest IOS for the model! Funny I have no problem buying stocks crypto paying online bills buying on Amazon eBay Walmart watching YouTube yet HNB discriminates older iPhones WITH their current IOS version?Time to move banks! Guess I won’t be getting a Christmas $$$ card next year! Shame on you! WAS a great app until being blocked from using it with latest update from Apple. Why are all those other apps STILL working but HNB does not?

I have worked with several banks in my career, both personal and business. I am very satisfied with HNB over almost two years now. I haven’t been enrolled in banking accounts or investments without my knowledge. When an online question arrises, I call HNB and a polite knowledgeable representative answers my questions with a great degree of certainty and in the unusual circumstance where the answer takes a bit of research, my response call is not far away , very efficient , accurate and dependable.

Disappointed
Unable to see my account’s balance or do anything without giving up both personal account ID and password to a 3rd party service. Predecessor app only needed ID and password directly with the bank. Very disappointed, it’s better to just use a pen and paper than giving up private financial data to an unknown ‘service connecter’.

This app allows me to do all of my mobile banking needs quickly and easily! The experience is personalized to my needs and it let’s me aggregate my external accounts so I can see my complete financial picture. (Customer and Employee).
