The HouseClub is the one app that I’d use for property searching for clients on a regular basis. It’s very easy and convenient to use for Chinese speaking customers overseas. The app allows buyers to connect with agents, filter features, update notifications, and control over search saves. It also helps clients efficiently keep up to date when new properties come on to the market. One of the cool features of the app is that it has all the listings translated into Chinese so overseas buyers who speak the language can easily understand all of the contents. Furthermore it provides clients with school ratings, population, payments calculator, and property value estimates etc during their search of their dream homes. I strongly recommend the HouseClub application for those who are considering using it.

I have been searching for a handy marketing tool to reach Chinese speaking buyers for a long time....Tried several apps but none of them works, either too hard to use or no one there to help setting it up. As simple as this, I am always busy selling property, if you want me to use your app you’d better have some one handy for me to reach out for inquiry. The house club app is powerful with excellent services team who will call you right away when you needed. Hands down! This is the best app for realtors I have ever used so far.

This app has some really innovative ideas that captured my attention. It embeds my e-business card into the articles, and I can do instant messaging within this app with my customer who speaks only Chinese and cannot use regular American apps.
