Terrible attempt of an app
The app and website are so full of errors it put your education up to a gamble. My recording for my assessment was just wiped away after I completed my final assessment and the helpline to solve the problem was more pathetic than words can explain. Would give zero stars if i could , thanks for ruining my education.

This app has changed to the worst app ever, i have using it for years but now it acting up on me. Last semester institution held my results claiming I did not use the ap p but i fought till they released them. Now i have trying to open the app for days but it just close off immediately without showing an error kanti what could be the cause of that coz WhatsApp number cannot assist me

Couldn’t write my exam nicely it kept kicking me out off class, my laptop would just switch of automatically, failed my exam today because of it

The app literally kicks you out and signs out while still in an exam and you have to redo the whole process again and its seen as a irregularity, invasive and annoying 0/5
Gamble your education
My exam was a multiple choice online exam and this silly app asked me to upload scripts when there was no script needed at all. It didn’t even upload the verification requests which resulted in me receiving a 0/70 for my paper. I tried to contest my 0/70 against the Invigilator team at my uni and they just told me to rewrite it again. This app will ruin anyone’s future …guaranteed!

wasted 30min of exam time
This is the worst invigilator app ever. It didnt want to work on PC version and I wasted half an hour with this horrendous app and lost marks because I had to rush! If you university recommenda this app... Struggle with this terrible app 30min before you lose marks too
Error messages
This app is such a mess, when I try to sign up using my school details it keeps on saying that I don’t have stable network when I do, if it’s not the network stability it says that im not recognized by my institution 🥲time i have to submit in a few hours. If you’re an invigilator or moderator and u reading this please don’t use this app it puts a lot of our futures at risk because of its faulty nature

Absolute failure of an app
This is by far the worst possible app any institution could choose for proctoring exams. In the past two weeks alone, I’ve experienced four serious issues with this app — each one putting my academic progress and even my degree at risk.
The app constantly fails at crucial moments. During my most recent exam, it didn’t even prompt me to upload my script. There was no way to submit my answers, and no backup plan offered. This could mean my exam won’t be marked — through no fault of my own.
To make matters worse, the helpdesk is practically useless. They don’t respond in time, and when they do, it’s with automated or irrelevant replies that don’t address the actual issue. You’re left panicking with no real support.
This app is unreliable, stressful, and completely unfit for high-stakes academic use. Do not download it unless you want unnecessary anxiety and chaos during your exams.

this app is so unnecessary… i understand why it’s a thing but this is probably the dumbest thing ever.
having a phone in front of me during an exam will not only distract me to no end, but having random beeps will make me want to throw my phone. also, what if i want to look up at a clock?? or like look out the window when i’m done writing or to think? ts is sooo dumb😭

A genuine review
This seems like such a bad idea, it doesn’t seem like it’s going to work out for anyone and it’s going to be a hassle for anyone trying to write a test. I seriously doubt this app will be helpful

My college will not release my results due to the app stating I was out of app when I wasn’t.
Extremely faulty
The amount of issues I’ve had with this app is ridiculous. I probably failed a test today due to it having an error, leading me to be unable to submit. I tried contacting the team and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to assist with the problem from their app! Thank you invigilator app for making me retrieve a zero due to your faulty program!

Barely functioning
There are so many small glitches and problems that just never get fixed or sorted out , combined with the fact no one(app or school wise) will never take accountability for the problem blaming it on external factors. This is one of the worst ways to be writing exams
Out of time
During my exam the app kept showing out of app time and I was not out of the app. I ended up having to rewrite the exam.
