返金はAppleのサイトからアンケート形式で要求出来ます。バグは直ってないです。人形のパズル、１つはスキップで回避できましたが次のはスキップ出来ません。選択間違えたら詰みます。購入の復元も出来ませんし、リセットも出来ません。定期的に更新しないアプリは削除対象になったはず。日本のアプリだけ審査厳しいんですかね。

Enjoyed this one, if not for a few cliches I would have given this game 5 stars.
Fun but watch out for puppet trouble
I know this game is getting a little bit old but there may still be people who want to play it and there may be those of you who got it and dogged out as I did in the section with the puppet assembly. For all of you who have had trouble or might have trouble in the future here’s what to do. Do not put the purple leg on the puppet. You have to use the brown leg from the piano first. If you accidentally put the other leg on nothing will fix it except reloading the game and starting over. I did this so I know this works. Put the brown leg from the piano on first then the rest of it works just like it’s supposed to. I don’t know why there’s not a restart option on that particular game piece, but it absolutely makes the game impossible to go forward unless you put that brown leg on first.

Owl with Book Emblem Minigame...
There is a glitch with the rotation puzzle with the owl and the book in chapter 3. One cannot proceed in the game without having completed this puzzle, but that’s impossible. I see that this was reported 4 years ago, it is 4/2/2021 and it is still broken. I’m asking Apple for a refund because you are selling a broken product.

Was loving this game till I got to where you had to get the ink you can not get it there is a glitch there and this means I can not finish the game shame come on big fish sort it out I had paid for this game

Ran into a glitch
I played the game again in Dec 2019. It is super slow to respond between scenes and the guide kept coming up. Story is good but this game needs an over haul!
The game was going along well but near the end, in an HOS, one of the demonic ink drops on the monster's arm wouldn't go into the inkwell so now I can't continue with the game. Frustrating & disappointing.

Great game, didn’t want it to end, really good hidden objects and lots of them, bit repetitive towards then end but would highly recommended

Why won’t this download? I don’t recall ever purchasing this game and was trying to download it for the first time. It was not stored in my cloud, yet now it is but will not download?

Good But Enjoyed The Last Will Much Much Better!!!
I like the Last Will in the series much better in this one even though they both had the same things that come with these games the storyline wasn’t nearly as coherent or fun to follow. This series also has a habit of putting the guide so close to the hint/skip button that I lost a couple of achievements bc it accidentally registered as me hitting the hint & skip button when I only meant to hit the guide button, so that was a bummer too!
