Amazing program
I have been with TLE for 5 years after my sister told me to join. The wide variety of workouts has always made working out “fun”. My favorite part of TLE is the motivation from the coaches. Each coach has such a positive outlook on life that truly changes my attitude daily. I don’t post or do lives, but I do feel this is a program that makes working out at home more inviting than a gym! I’ve been a member with TLE for 8 years and I thought what I had access to in 2018 was phenomenal but it doesn’t hold a candle to what you get now. And finally an app! This just puts TLE on top IMO. It’s not just about fitness, it’s family.

Best women’s fitness app!!
I fell in love with TLE as soon as I started their workouts, but now this app has just made it EVEN better! It’s so fast, easy to use, and they’ve thought of everything. It’s so easy to find what you need as soon as you open it and the “girl talk” section is so motivating and uplifting! I’m obsessed!!
