Help Yourself

Highly recommended! I have read this book off and on for years. I share this resource with others frequently because everyone will deal with the complexity of life and not know at times what to do or how to cope. This app is practical wisdom for life. The concepts help me be a better person, heal from hurt, and spread love in healthy ways by focusing on the only person you can change, yourself. It should be integrated into our public schools or educational institutions.

Excellent

I am ten years in Coda and ACA. I really enjoy the clarity I receive from the powerful and on point messages that are so helpful to me.

Fantastic daily read & reflection

Fabulous Devotional!!

I have read this devotional every day for 8 years. It was been a huge part of my journey healing from codependency

This might be good for some people but…

Unfortunately I do not believe in a monotheistic god. Nowhere in the description did it mention that this app is so god based. I have tried to replace god with higher power whenever I read it but it doesn’t work. Because the language is of monotheism. Just thought I’d put it out there. I feel it should’ve been clearer in the description.
