Toxic and Not inclusive

There is a reading for May 18 that basically says being thin is the ultimate goal. As long as you’re thin, you’ve succeeded. And that God is not happy that you’re overweight. Also, all spiritual are to “Lord” and “Him”.

Thank you

I want to say thank you to the author of this amazing book. It gives me strength and it gives me hope each day that the weight that I have because of my obsession for food can be over come. Yes I am losing weight very slowly but the pounds are coming off because I know I’m not alone on this journey. Thank you so very much sincerely Carleen
