The app does not work at all, unable to go past the phone number otp page where I don’t get any otp no matter what, how is one supposed to use the app if they can’t even get into the app, better fix it cause it’s a hassle to have to reach out directly
Lost my clothes
The laundry basket delivered my clothes to a wrong address and are now not able to track back the clothes.. manager is saying clothes have been delivered but i have not received it… had a bad experience and will never use this…

Customer support is not reachable. No option in the app to track the progress. It’s been more than 10days and I have not received my clothes.

It’s the most efficient company I have seen in the market. Their delivery staff are polite and they respond on time.
About the cloths, it’s always been in great condition so no complain in that.

WORST SERVICE EVER
The guys pick up outfits for dry clean and don’t return them for 20-25 days at a stretch . We should keep following up with them . Their names are Rajesh and Ratnesh . Might as well give clothes to a local dry cleaner instead of these guys . Worst service they take forever to drop off the clothes and this is not what I expected !

How do I pay?
Love everything about the service, and I really want to pay for it. But the app and website has no option to add payment instruments. How do I pay you?
Horrible customer service
You book an appointment. They will keep delaying the pick up. So many calls are required. They don’t come in the appointed time slot. They will say if I can I will come else I will come tomorrow. What is the point of having time slots if those can’t be catered to. After repeatedly telling I have to go to work, I won’t be able to give the laundry at 10:30 he is telling me I’ll come by then. I mean if a customer is available then it is ok. But the slot selection is so that it is ensured that a customer is available at the time of pick up.
Horrible customer service. No escalation. Plus nobody comes with weighing scale. I pay what they ask. I don’t really know how much my clothes weigh actually.
Washing wise haven’t found any issue. But they have misplaced 2 blankets of mine and havenot responded back despite asking. This blanket incident was at the Indiranagar outlet.
And pick up and delivery delay issue I faced in Kormangla, Indiranagar and Marathahalli outlets.

Pathetic service and communication
Clothes not delivered on time. 2 days delayed no notification no update. Guy who picked up the call after umpteen calls has no clue where the clothes are. No escalation process. No way you can escalate. The guy who picked up the call said he doesn’t know any manager or owner who runs this business. Strange ! App doesn’t have an escalation contact. Strongly suggest not to use their service.

I haven’t been getting any action on the pick up requests that I have raised in the last month. I am not even sure if your services are available in my area anymore. Please update and respond on the query I raised on your customer care portal.

Laundry is now just a tap away. I am very happy with laundry basket services and have been a customer for the last 1 year. Using the app is very convenient with easy navigation and neat user interface. Hope they will continue to improve it to make it more intuitive.

I submitted two blazers for dey cleaning but they were returned as is, completely wrinkled and I was charged 500 bucks. The service guys at their outlet were rude

Worst ever...all reviews are fake
Hey, dnt even think of using the app..This is worst ever...they picked up my goods and for next two days no upfate..I called 113 times and the they picked the call and told ordr will be delivered at 12 pm...I delayed my office and now some other ifiot is telling it will be delivered at 3 pm....idiot illiterates are doing business...
