Swing and a miss
Signed up for laundry concierge as it seemed like an easy way to handle dry cleaning and be able to track it. In early June I dropped off a duvet for dry cleaning, I followed the steps on the app for putting it into a locker properly and marking is as dropped off. Little did I know that would be the last time I see that duvet!
Since then, I never got any updates about it being cleaned and brought back for pick up (expected time was 1 week). I reached out via email where the manager informed me that they would look into it, but required me following up multiple times before I got a response. They then gave me a phone call saying there was some issue on their side with the cleaning not being assigned to my account properly but that they had put it in one of the lockers and were going to text me the locker and code for pickup. I asked on the phone call for them to confirm what it was they put into that locker since it had not been 5 weeks since I dropped it off for delivery, they said they would check and call me back and that was the last heard from them. Luckily on that call they said they were not going charge me for the cleaning because of the experience.
I never found out what locker it was in or what the code was, I never heard back about confirming what they think was in the locker. And after almost 2 full months of waiting I’m assuming that duvet is probably lost.
I most definitely would have been much better off with a standard dry cleaner, I would not recommend use of this service.

Fake app
This is a fake app that has terrible ui and no prices other than subscriptions.
Great dry cleaning service.
Love the flexibility of just dropping off and picking up my dry cleaning quickly whenever I want without lining up. Service works well and the new app looks really good!
