Well over a year ago, I alerted Neverland’s support team to a bug adversely impacting the in-game store in which purchases totaling 99¢ - $1.99 were deducted from my bank account, yet I never received the items I bought. For months, I was given the runaround by support who requested evidence via receipts (which I repeatedly provided in the form of screenshots detailing the charges) to absolutely no avail. Initially, they found issue with the screenshots I had sent and requested I send the receipts in a specific format complete with purchase ID. As such, I honored the request, yet responses in the following weeks ranged from mention of an in-game credit to flat-out pretending they never received anything from me.
Even after submitting the documentation requested multiple times, an unknown agent briefly discussed the provision of an in-game credit with me yet made no mention of this in future conversations. Likewise, neither refund nor store credit were ever issued to me at any time. As a result, I bid the game good riddance and ultimately chose to never look back.
Fast forward to yesterday, however, and I notice the game in my list of offloaded applications. Feeling the flood of nostalgia, I chose to redownload it, upon which I was greeted with a menu of special offers tailored solely for returning players that included packages ranging from $0.99 to - $100.00, so after much consideration, I initiated a purchase for 99¢. To my dismay, however, this — yet again — resulted in charges for items I never received, even when I attempted to process the charge a second time after mistakenly assuming an error may have resulted in no charge to my bank account. Yet, it did, and alas. Now, I am stuck with another infamous $2 loss on top of the previous $50+ I never received the items I purchased nor refunds for.
In summary, this application solely provides me with items for purchases made totaling $3.99 or more. If I initiate purchases for any amount below this, the application steals my money and never delivers the items I bought. To make matters even more perplexing, reporting the issue merely results in support cherry-picking my receipts and giving me the runaround. It is for this reason that I have now come to the establishment that my choice to even redownload this game was very clearly a mistake.
With that said, the developers clearly hold no interest in either issuing refunds or implementing a fix, as I have never received numerous items I paid for with no resolution in sight nor any regard for the initial report I took the time to file. Again, they have managed to steal money from me with very little effort, after which I have absolutely no doubt they are laughing it up all the way to the bank about.
For this reason, I would sincerely like to thank the developers for reminding me of the very reason(s) I left this game in the first place and should never return again. Should you ever choose to do the right thing by providing me with that in-game credit you promised well over a year ago, I might reconsider my stance. Until then, however, I consider your actions blatant theft and will ensure others are warned to steer clear of making in-game purchases, as investing even a dime in this game is ill-advised until you choose to stop stealing from your own players, honoring the promises you make, and ultimately implementing a fix.
I sincerely hope you will do the right thing. If not, I would not be surprised in the slightest if this game eventually fades away due to its developers’ own insatiable greed.

I know how dumb that sounds but, unless you put real effort in for folks who truly play the game 100% and can level not just stats like those who put tons of money in game to be very strong I can be the same level as someone but they spend money an can beat me an be weaker in groups for bosses. The whales in game know this an tell us if we want to be strong as them spend money otherwise it would take forever for folks like us. Loved the game but feel its a waste of time if i cant get as strong as whales i have spent hours an days playing only finding these out.

This is over all a great game but I have a suggestion if you could make a way to make the girl flower fairy’s clothes not show so much skin and cover them up more that would be awesome 🤩! Like in settings in the game u could make an option that says make flower fairy’s clothes show less skin and turn it on and off I think it’s a pretty good idea 👍. Thank you for listening pls do this then I can download the game! 😃

I had to put 5 stars but this game is very racist not to mention their add where they y used a dark skin on a character make it look ugly then changed the skin to white snd make them look pretty also a lot of harassment happen from this game

I used to be so excited for this game until I found out that they posted was a RACIST ad not only is it wrong to promote a video game like that it’s also honestly disgusting probably nobody saw it but somebody who is black I’m very disappointed
