The Locum Platform is the platform for all healthcare professionals to find locums shifts/permanent jobs, apply, negotiate and directly message managers, all within the app. This platform helps you to find and book shifts with ease, at the rate you are happy with. Negotiating, for shifts is made simple, just enter the rate you want to work for and the manager of the shift will either accept, reject or send a counter offer. You can also contact the managers directly via our chat system, to ask any questions you have regarding the shift.
We also understand the importance of building the healthcare community; so we have created The Locum Platform Lobby for you to connect with other healthcare professionals, share experiences and socialise with each other to help build the healthcare community!
