Latest version crashes instantly

Used to like the app and relied on it for kid lunches but this recent update made it inoperable (literally crashes the milisecond you tap it) and unusable.

Ordering issues

Useless app with a lot of flawless. Definitely needs a lot of work. I was ordering a month worth of meals and then was told I had no meals orders placed. My kids have gone without lunch because the orders didn’t go thru. It doesn’t allow you to look at your previous orders for the week. I definitely agree with all the 1 star reviews as I’ve experience the same issues.

App Missing Basic Functionality; Unreliable Company

The app is missing the ability to easily see an order summary. You cannot load a calendar view of the upcoming week and see the orders in a single view. The only options are to view orders based on the date you placed the order and reconstruct the week or to click through each day of the week to see if an order was placed.

The app is also missing basic capabilities like not capitalizing your email log in.

The worst part is not the app but the company behind it. We were forced to move to this company this year to satisfy a new state requirement. The company decided it couldn’t handle the business and took a week and a half off to regroup with one day notice. It then lost the majority of the orders during the first week back. Disaster

Unreliable

Lunches are not available before the start of the academic year. Yet, no notification or alert was provided by the app.

Unusable

I was hopeful to be able to quickly check my kids’ menu for the week, add meals, etc but the app doesn’t sync with what’s been ordered on your account. There’s nothing in history. Even when I clicked on a day to see the offerings it had a “plus” add sign indicating I could add that meal for my kid. But I had already added it when I did the planning on the computer!
Simply:
> no history
> no display of what’s been ordered for a week
> not accessible
> not mobile responsive
The App could be something to use every week but it’s really useless, unfortunately.

Best app ever

The lunch master food is amazing and using this app it helps bring the food to me! Once again their food is so delicious!

Doesn’t work

After placing one lunch in the shopping cart, I am now confronted by a blank screen at the “order meals” function. Running iPhone X with latest iOS.

So, no way to place orders from my phone since the website not compatible with mobile, either.

Impossible to cancel your account!

My kids no longer go to the school where lunch master operates. I’ve tried to cancel my account online but they simply refuse to do it. Instead, they send me emails every single day!

Works great

I've been using this for a while now and have to say that I am a fan. It is SO much quicker than ordering online, especially having to order for 3 kids. I can now order a month's meals for them all in a couple of minutes.
Only one gripe- When I go to the shopping cart to pay, I press 'confirm' and it says 'payment failed' and then my shopping cart shows empty. It's been doing this every time I've used the app. However, the three meals show up in my order history and I know from experience that the meals are there when my kids arrive. I suppose it's not a big deal but it would be such an easy fix- why don't you fix it, Lunchmaster?!

Worthless

Can't even log in. Worthless app. Best to just use website. Disappointed

App is very buggy

Latest problem was we selected a month's worth of lunches and then could not check out and lost them all. Often app just freezes

Horrible App

Who ever made this app should be fired. It freezes constantly and when you open it back up, your order has been cleared and you have to start all over again. If you're lucky enough to get to the "confirm order" page, it freezes and you're out of luck.

Needs improvement still

Happy to hear there's an app finally, but still needs a lot of improvement to make it "convenient." You cannot change an existing order, nor can you browse the existing menu to make the change. Ordering meals looked good except for every day I have to keep clicking back and forth rather than swipe to the next day. There's also no easy way to view a week's lunch that has already been ordered for any future weeks. Almost there, but not fully usable yet.

Needs work for iOS 9.1

The most important feature, 'Order Meals' only works about 10% of the time, calendar shows but when selecting a specific day, then clicking 'order' button, it usually just either reloads the same calendar or give a blank screen instead of menu choices.

Awesome sauce!

Love the app! Its about time, this makes ordering a lot easier and makes having a phone that much more convenient. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
