The LuxPik is a marketplace for pre-owned luxury — handbags, watches, jewelry and accessories, listed with real photos and an honest description of condition. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT SHIPS Every listing uses photographs of the actual item, not stock imagery. Condition is graded Excellent, Very good or Good, and any flaw worth knowing about is written into the condition notes. If an item arrives damaged or does not match its listing, you can return it at our cost. CLEAR PRICING Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated from your shipping address, and shipping cost, where it applies, is shown separately before you confirm your order. Nothing is added at the end. HOW ORDERING WORKS Please read this before you order — The LuxPik does not take payment inside the app. 1. You place an order. This creates an unpaid order and charges you nothing. 2. Our team emails you to confirm your payment method and the final total. 3. We ship only after payment has cleared. An unpaid order is never dispatched. 4. You can cancel an unpaid order at any time, at no cost, from the order screen or by email. We ship to addresses within the United States only. RETURNS — PLEASE READ Every item we sell is a single, one-of-a-kind pre-owned piece, so all sales are final: we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds because you changed your mind or because an item does not fit. Read the listing, the stated condition and the photographs carefully, and email help@theluxpik.com with any questions before you order — we would rather answer them first. Two things are always covered. If an item arrives damaged or does not match its listing, email us with photographs within 7 days of delivery and we will send you a prepaid label and refund you in full. And if we cannot ship within the time we promised, you can cancel for a full and prompt refund. IN THE APP • Browse by brand and by category • Search items and brands, with your recent searches kept for you • Save items to your favorites and keep them in your bag • Track orders through Unpaid, Processing, Shipped and Completed • Manage US shipping addresses, with state and ZIP code • Manage your account, including your password YOUR PRIVACY We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell or share your personal information. We collect what we need to create your account and ship your orders: your email, name, shipping address and phone number. Our servers are located outside the United States; the Privacy Policy explains what that means for you. From Settings you can ask us what personal information we hold, get a copy of it, correct it, or delete your account entirely — in the app, without contacting anyone.
