This app is the worst. It never works fails to open. And there is never any availability for ADA. The Bus used to sent text messages but they don’t do it as often either. You definitely can’t rely on the bus if you have a job unless you show u 1-2 hours early. Very inconvenient. Not only that. Since the. ADA is always book up for days it would make sense to get more buses going so that ADA riders can get around and get things done. We should be able to call same day to schedule but we have to schedule a week or a day in advance. This is crazy. I hope we can get a more reliable bus service…one day.
