GoMicro needs improvement
GoMicro needs to add more service during peak hours. instead of saying Service is in high demand, it’s really saying buses and drivers are in low supply. Many times I have tried to book a ride unsuccessfully from a certain stop, only to have a near empty GoMicro bus pass me by soon afterwards. More stops should be added along Sanderson Avenue and Stetson Avenue. The grace period for pick up time should be more than 11 seconds, more like two minutes. For seniors, we don’t move as fast as the young people.

Left 20 minutes early
Who tf expects people to be at the stop 20 minutes early?! I now have to wait two hours to get home DO NOT USE get a real car or call a uber don’t use this trash.

Restricted me from booking rides for a week because I missed a ride due to being sick. This messed up my whole week I suggest you use something else.
Fast service
I got home way earlier than if I rode the usual bus schedule I made and the service was great.
