Restricted me from booking rides for a week because I missed a ride due to being sick. This messed up my whole week I suggest you use something else.

I got home way earlier than if I rode the usual bus schedule I made and the service was great.

My schedule a bus for 4-4:10 and it did not show up until 5:05. I had another bus scheduled to come back from the location that I was being dropped off for 5:15 and that was the time I was dropped off. I tried to schedule another one but “the buses were in high demand.” Obviously I had to cancel it because I was unable to make it back from picking up my little sister when I originally would’ve had a whole hour to do so. This is a regular occurrence and now they are telling me I have high cancellation rate and can not schedule anymore buses. I am a young teen in high school and my sister is in elementary and we are made to walk hours to make it back home at night because of the ignorance of this bus program.

Mad service
I got a miss called from their customer service and I was trying to call back and they hang up on me because I placed a bad review for bus driver that was being so rude a give me a bad attitude and she was blaming me. And I rather not ride anymore. I was not trying no to cry and when the bus driver stop in my location I just walk off. And the bus driver I got she was tell me I was wasting her time and she told me that she was running late and she wasn’t not at all she was trying blame me that was my fault.

I appreciate the purpose
But if you are thinking of using this as a viable option to get to work, i highly suggest you make other plans. This is NOT a good option if you want to make it to work on time… bus took me way off course and was almost an hour later than i was expecting to work. To top it off its stuffy and hot and the ride is noisy and try actually gave me a slight lower back pain. If possible make other arraignments. I will chance walking before i try this again

Fast Assistance
I booked a buss and the driver must of purposely left early - however the mirco app was quick and got me another ride within 30 mins and I was able to make my next buss. JOHNNYS AWSOME!!

Sure.. it’s supposed to be a test program…. And they just extended it…. The past few weeks they have been hiring more drivers.. in fact I’m thinking about having them get me Paid Trained… to get my class B.. the more drivers they get the better it would be for people like me who live who live in places where at minimum takes 40 minutes to walk to nearest store… my local bus stop is 14 minutes in the opposite way than I’m wanting to go.. but at least it’s only a 14min walk to the stop.. just wish they had more routes or stops closer to Stetson Ave or other South Hemet locations

They need to work on scheduling.
Had a scheduled pick up at 3:45 to 3:55, bus doesn't show up til after 4 and was told I'm out of luck til after his break since his supervisor told him to have me wait . Call the number on the app and pretty much told me I'd have to wait for him to finish break. Didn't get on a bus til almost 4:30.

I’m a student that needs to take 2 busses just to get home.Before go micro when the buss wee free to use life was so much easier. With RTA the busses are so unpredictable, which mean I won’t be getting home until 5 pm. This update to the bus system is so stupid whoever invented this, take back your blue prints please this is really not needed.
