App is not working even after updated version downloaded and installed

U am regular using ur product. I love them but since few months I’m getting trouble to purchase item from ur app. Even product also not available in other platform. Now days whenever I open app it show me update now but update not available. Please fix this issue

Missing product
Missing my face toner which come along with vitamin c face wash worth rs1 which I redeemed by Paytm point as a club member and I had order along with vitamin c face cream but I received only face wash and cream!! Where is face toner?? You guys cheating and packaging isn’t properly packed and its damage from outside the cover was tabbed again!! It’s not acceptable and u guys offer me worth 400 coupons for what reason again to order and pay for delivery fees and shipping charge??very disappointing

Feedback on Delivery and Customer Service Experience
I had a very frustrating experience with The Moms Co. app and their delivery service. After waiting for days for my parcel, the courier falsely claimed that I refused to accept the package, even though I never received it. The delivery person did not attempt delivery and repeatedly provided misleading information. I contacted the courier person again , asking why I received this message stating that the customer refused to accept the parcel so he said, it’s just an auto-generated message and I am coming to your place in sometime. He didn’t come and later that night, I received another message that an attempt was made, and customer denied to accept the parcel so it’s canceled and we will refund the amount.
When I contacted customer support, I quickly realized that you cannot speak to any senior or concerned person if you face an issue. There is no customer care number available, and you can only write an email or drop a message. You’re stuck dealing with trainees who give copy-paste replies without any real effort to resolve the problem. They even proudly mention that they’ve initiated a refund as if that’s a satisfactory solution, without addressing the core issue.
It’s incredibly frustrating, and their lack of accountability, poor customer service, and the absence of a customer care contact number make it hard to trust this app. Unless significant improvements are made, I wouldn’t recommend using The Moms Co. app.

Whenever i try to order i see the product not available and see it notify. What is point of d app when own products bot available everytime. The products are available in firstcry at low price I prefer firstcry rather than using official site lack of product n higher price than other sites

The worst shop I have ever seen in my life is The moms Co with zero services and zero manners from top to bottom from boss to delivery guy everyone is just scamming people I ordered 3 times but I didn’t receive a single time and in fact it was deliver to me as per the call which I was receiving and on 4th time when I ordered I received a broke and empty bottle of the product now you tell isn’t it scamming??

I have paid the amount but it’s showing failed and within 24-48 hrs u ll get your refund..

Very Bad product
Bad product it ruined my skin my face got red after applying the 577 face cream was burning like crazy I applied cucumber juice for hours to get my skin back to normal but its still a little bit red , I’m not sure how people rating these products so good even I saw that and ordered and first time in a decade got a pimple on my face, only Face wash is okay as used it twice

My skin is dull, damaged and tanned! Guess what, organic harvest came to me as a boon, I have been trying almost all their products which are made available on offers so exciting. I have loved the vitamin C - face wash, face cream, whitening day cream, under eye cream and every time I use them, my skin feels absolutely amazing! Fraud app if u pay in advance you will not get it back after cancellation
Worst app i have ever seen they do not any proper phone number for contact if u will call it will say all our representatives are busy . I have orderderd an face toner and pays off the money in advance and when i had cancelled my order they are refunding my money and i have cancelled the order before 2 days

Bad App Experience
The App experience is pretty poor, especially when redeeming points. And when you call customer care, the phone disconnects automatically with a message that all care executives are busy.
Then when you try to use the chat help, the chat person keeps asking phone number and screen shots without actually being able to help.
The products are good and i have redeemed a few through google pay. That experience was good.
But ever since i downloaded this app, the experience has gone from great to terrible in 10 minutes.
Plz avoid downloading this app. Stick to your google pay offers for products from this brand. You will be happier

Product not delivered
It was so disappointing to shop with moms co. because my product was not delivered and yet the order status was showing completed. When i contacted the customer service agent he was so brutal that he told me he cant help in anyways now. It was a prepaid order. I have to contact their courier partner which they should be doing it but the agent straight away did nothing. Bye bye moms co. me experience with you guys was horrible as no one helped.

Pathetic Customer Care probably a reflection of company itself.
I am yet to experience the products as I have been chasing them to get a product delivered for over 1 week. The courier service they have is particularly inefficient. Also, the customer service is a offline by 6 pm and the call to customer care is automatically disconnected informing that they are busy. I wonder if they have heard of IVR services.
