why on earth does this have a subscription model? who wants to pay a monthly or yearly subscription for a game they're only going to play a handful of times? go back to a one time purchase, please!

Game is interrupted by the first video-ad not even 1 minute in. Pricing is subscription only. For an adventure game. Is this for real?

I would really like to get into the game, however, seems like more ads then play time. Reduce the ads and the rating will go up or give a pay option that is a fair economic exchange.
You must buy the game to play the whole game which they don’t say
I been playing this game and all of a sudden I get to a point I must pay in order to continue to play the game don’t waste your time playing if you don’t have $10 to spend on the game!
