Thank you for your review, @Afesome. The three-month subscription was a trial offer, and the renewal price is outlined in the subscription terms at the time of sign-up. A renewal reminder is also sent by email 35 days before the trial period ends. As for the tote bag, please email your subscription information to support@newyorker.com, and our team will be happy to look into it for you.
Audio issues
Please fix the audio. It is so very glitchy !!!! Half the time it just refuses to start. Especially bad for downloaded articles. Very frustrating

We hate the AI voice narrators. Why?? Pay narrators.
