Payment being weird
payment wasn’t being accepted for a long time
simply doesn’t work
lads i’m just tryna buy some pants, can’t even apple pay, credit card won’t be looked at, won’t save my address, empties my cart when YOUR software fails, need some proper debugging just hire me so i can fix it and buy the pants and quit after. made a new account to just buy the pants and same issues. u guys got some work to do. maybe throw proper error codes too idk just a thought. errors are not one offs they are supposed to be valuable reasons for things not working. lock in and get a better software team bro and send me my pants i’ve tried for like 30 min. L

Unable to place orders
The cart is full of API errors, I cannot save any credit cards or addresses to my account and also cannot place orders either using Apple Pay or with a credit card. Fix the bugs please

The website sucks but the app sucks much more
This app sucks, very clunky. The favourite button doesn’t work, there’s a lag with it, and it still doesn’t favourite. Apple Pay doesn’t work either, when you click on Apple Pay it’s just stuck on loading, pretty sure it doesn’t work. I like the ability to view all on the app but once you click into an item and go back to previous page, it takes you back to the very top, it doesn’t bring you to where you last left off at, I did one order and deleted the app.

Quality went not just down after the company was sold, it crashed. Products not waterproof anymore, sizing off. Can not recommend one of my favourite brands anymore, vey sad to say

App needs fixing
The app used to work seamlessly with only minor glitches, but recently it has become very frustrating to use. Whenever you click on a product, the screen grays out and the product details become inaccessible. This forces users to switch to the website, where favorites saved in the app aren’t even available. It’s disappointing, frustrating and honestly makes it easier to shop with a different brand instead.

So annoyed was trying to buy an item website wouldn’t let me check out so had to download app then app wouldn’t recognize my postal code then jacket sold out on me.
Can’t buy online
App doesn’t work can’t buy online with Apple Pay or your credit card. Went to Amazon I found a different brand.

Company does not honor 10% for new customers (text message). Bad!
