I like north face clothes I really really do but when I tried to order off the app it would not work throwing error messages, so I contacted IT support and there best advice was restarting my phone, update the app and don’t use the app use the online website, wtf, north face has always been a good brand but that just made me lose faith in quality control

Disaster
The app is garbage. Setting up a passcode is impossible. The same password that works on the website has never worked in the app. The only way to log in is by using a code sent via email.
The app logs me out dozens of times at any moment. Very often, the XPLR section shows an inaccurate $0 balance until you log out and log back in. The app is slow, and every section opens in slow motion compared to the web version.
There are also a lot of ghost items shown as being in stock.
The app is a disaster and honestly embarrassing, especially considering that you have the budget to hire more talented people.

App acting weird
App kept glitching. I would go to purchase the hat and it would giving me the loading circle thing and just keep spinning. I would have to exit out and go back in. Did it like 3 times. Excited about the hat tho lol

Payment being weird
payment wasn’t being accepted for a long time
simply doesn’t work
lads i’m just tryna buy some pants, can’t even apple pay, credit card won’t be looked at, won’t save my address, empties my cart when YOUR software fails, need some proper debugging just hire me so i can fix it and buy the pants and quit after. made a new account to just buy the pants and same issues. u guys got some work to do. maybe throw proper error codes too idk just a thought. errors are not one offs they are supposed to be valuable reasons for things not working. lock in and get a better software team bro and send me my pants i’ve tried for like 30 min. L

Unable to place orders
The cart is full of API errors, I cannot save any credit cards or addresses to my account and also cannot place orders either using Apple Pay or with a credit card. Fix the bugs please

The website sucks but the app sucks much more
This app sucks, very clunky. The favourite button doesn’t work, there’s a lag with it, and it still doesn’t favourite. Apple Pay doesn’t work either, when you click on Apple Pay it’s just stuck on loading, pretty sure it doesn’t work. I like the ability to view all on the app but once you click into an item and go back to previous page, it takes you back to the very top, it doesn’t bring you to where you last left off at, I did one order and deleted the app.
