Help please

Apparently I can only purchase England + membership via this app. When I attempt to do so I am directed to approve my online purchase and return to the page to complete the purchase. I approve in the banking app and when I return, the complete the purchase page has disappeared!!! This has happened twice and I’m still not an England + member.

No priority although I paid

I joined the England+, paid the annual fee, but still says I’m not eligible to purchase tickets. So almost no point in paying for the membership!

Very well designed and useful as someone who just got into football

Solid App

A very useful app for England fans who want to know what’s happening around English football. One thing is unusual: the age rating in the App Store shows 4+, but in the App sign in you have to be 16+. But a Good app overall!

It’s ok

So the login is so annoying I had to do it twice the first time it logged me out. But it is a good app where you can track all England squads that I love. And the shop and all so I think it is a really good app I recommend it if your English ⚽️⚽️⚽️

Ads, but no useful match information

Ads, but no useful match information - Typical FA - all about money & trivia!

Where is anything?

If you want an app to show you fixtures results and potential routes through the tournament this isn’t it. It’s a mess and seems just designed to keep you scrolling around social media type content instead of taking you to the key info you want.

England app

This app shows you so much news shows you matches it has videos and even has a shop the only thing that is bad is the expensive stuff.

Response from developer

It's great to hear that you're enjoying the app and hope that you managed to find something in your budget to show your colours! With pride, England.

Great

Love every bit about it easy to use you can watch matches and all sorts tells you the score from the last match and tells you all the matches and times and dates you can shop on it and choose which England team to see . Recommend it!

Can’t even chromecast

New doco Building the Dream is only available to watch on the app, yet I can’t even cast the episodes to watch on my TV because the app does not have casting available. Free screen mirroring for videos is not an option on Google TV so there is no way to watch this for free on my TV. Huge barrier to people trying to get in the World Cup spirit

Misogyny at its worst-again why women were excluded from the beautiful game for 1/2 century.Grow up!

So no surprises that the no account default is male-yawning-yet to even win a World Cup in my lifetime-58

Login and password save issues

Kept going around in circles with signing in with old fa login as it it said already an account then ID not valid even though using exact same email. Had to use a different email in the end. Also knocks out the functionality for fill and save Apple password creation due to successive screen loading after signing up so had to go back and reset password then copy and paste for manual save to passwords. Very frustrating start all in all

Needs improvement

Very slow to load and videos either don’t play or stop with an error. Tried on different wifi as well as 5G and all the same. Similar sporting apps work fine so must be this one poorly developed

Logs me out

Every time I go on the app I have to sign in again. But its a good app itself.

Awful

Terrible. Just want to see the squad and the games. Why does it keep switching to things I don’t want to see?

An iPad version would be nice

Response from developer

Hi Robert, thanks for the feedback, we'll share this with our Product team to review. You can still use the app on your iPad but I understand that our experience has been focused towards mobile OS versions so far. We hope you are enjoying the app all the same. With pride, England.

unusable because you can’t sign in

it seems like a nice app, but it’s literally unusable. downloaded it for the wc squad announcement, but I can’t watch it because I can’t sign it. the servers can’t handle it & that’s a disgrace because you‘re forcing people to download the app to watch the announcement

Response from developer

Hi there, we're sorry you experienced this, as well as many other fans. We understand it was frustrating given the exclusive nature of the announcement show. We were met with demand that our login service could not handle. Unfortunately, despite escalating this issue with our service provider, the SLA response time for resolution could not resolve within the 20 minutes or so needed around the announcement where the error was seen. We will be working to understand how we can avoid this during other peak traffic periods. In the meantime, with the issue no longer occurring, we hope you come back to the app to enjoy the content our teams put together in the build to and during the World Cup, as well as beyond for all our England Teams. With pride, England.

Horrible app

Couldn’t even create an account , attempted 4 times to create an account and every time it just said sorry we’ve had an error occur. What a joke , they don’t even have the budget to make a functional app 😂

Awful

I can’t even create an account apparently my email doesn’t work even when I try others. An Awful app

Good but
