Glitchy and unreliable
The app does not work despite re-downloading on my main and other phones. It quits unexpectedly. Would really be great if this was stable given the loyalty points scheme.

This is ridiculous
App doesn’t work. I created an account months ago and I’m stuck on a spinning loading wheel and nothing will load (yet the app buttons and links do) I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, creating a new account, etc. Also, the app support only takes you back to the advertising website for said app and they only way to contact is by calling the original barracuda shop to which they have no clue how to help you. I wouldn’t suggest getting this app as it’s a waste of time.

Not great
I downloaded this app 1 month ago and tried to create an account but the app doesn’t work at all. I tried deleting and re-downloading but still stuck with a spinning black loading symbol. My partner also has the app and it keeps crashing/not loading every time we go to use it. Needs another look into to fix these problems...
