Garbage
Clearly they do not care about their guests, or they would have fixed this from the previous ratings and reviews. Key app won’t work and you can’t get ahold of the front desk.
Laughable if it wasn’t so frustrating
Good luck getting this app to work. The key has been flaky in the past. This time the only option under My Stay is to book a room. Hmm. I have a reservation. How about letting me enter my reservation number? Deleting the app once again.
Useless app
I was able to get the digital key to work for a few hours and then it just said no keys available, wouldn’t reload the key, and would get stuck in the reloading phase. The app looks very nice but overall is useless and very little works.
App and digital key are useless
Had to keep re-downloading key, kept popping up to contact the front desk but no number to call. 800# is an endless loop of prompts only to end up disconnected. Map in app doesn’t work so you have no idea where you are.
