A Chance for Hope
The POTS Life is a dedicated, efficient team for supporting, teaching, and helping treat POTS in tandem with your local physicians. Few doctors are helpful, even fewer willing to help long-term, but the POTS Life is the exception! A strong community of fellow members adds greatly to the journey. Overall, very impressed so far with the POTS Life!

Found my people
After 2 years of dealing with dysautonomia symptoms and going to numerous physicians, I feel like I have real help. I’m so happy the app helps to connect with others going through the same medical challenges and discuss wins and challenges.
I feel like I found a place that can help me heal and have the right support.

Life changing POTS management!
Before finding the POTS Life app, I often felt overwhelmed, discouraged, and alone. Living with POTS can be incredibly challenging, and it can be difficult to find providers who truly understand what you’re going through. Having the right support can make all the difference, and that’s exactly what this app has provided.
Dr. Kelsey has taken her own personal experience living with POTS, combined it with the knowledge and expertise she gained during her time at the Cleveland Clinic, and created something that is truly life changing. This isn’t just another health app. It’s a complete support system designed by someone who genuinely understands this condition from both a personal and professional perspective.
One of the things that has impressed me the most is that you don’t just receive generic advice. Dr. Kelsey and her team create an exercise program that is tailored specifically to you, your symptoms, your abilities, and your goals. As someone living with POTS, having a personalized plan instead of a one size fits all approach makes all the difference. It gives you the confidence to make progress safely and at your own pace.
The app allows you to track just about everything that matters, including your fluids, electrolytes, meals, exercise, symptoms, medications, and more. Having everything in one place has helped me better understand my body, recognize patterns, and take a more active role in managing my health. I also appreciate the nutrition guidance because diet is such an important part of managing POTS, and having those resources readily available has been incredibly valuable.
One of the most amazing features is the ability to message Dr. Kelsey and her team whenever you have questions or need support. They are incredibly responsive, and it feels like you always have someone in your corner. Instead of waiting days or weeks for an appointment, playing phone tag with an office, or wondering what to do in the meantime, you can reach out and receive thoughtful guidance from people who truly care. That kind of accessibility and support is something I’ve never experienced before, and it brings so much peace of mind.
The community within the app is another incredible blessing. Being able to connect with others who truly understand what living with POTS is like, ask questions, share experiences, celebrate victories, and encourage one another reminds you that you’re never alone in this journey.
If you’ve been diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, or POTS, and feel like you’re simply surviving instead of truly living, I can’t recommend the POTS Life app enough. Dr. Kelsey and her team have poured their hearts into creating a place where people with POTS are educated, supported, encouraged, and empowered. They understand that managing POTS isn’t just about treating symptoms. It’s about helping people reclaim their lives.
For the first time in a long time, I feel like I have hope. And for anyone living with POTS, hope is a powerful thing.

Fantastic app and program
The POTS Life, and specifically Kelsey, have been integral to my recovery as I heal. The app is easy to use and has all the tools you need to manage your physical recovery: exercises with videos, symptom monitoring to identify patterns, and tracking for meals, medication, salt, and hydration. Additionally, Kelsey is just a chat away, as she is available in app for any concerns or needs. There is also a community board for all members where everyone can post questions or tips and tricks that work for them as they navigate their recovery and get back to living a life they love. As a Physical Therapist myself, if you are struggling with POTS or other forms of disautonomia, I highly recommend this program.

One of a Kind App and Program!!!
The POTS Life app is one of a kind! The coaching and support it provides are extremely helpful, and the convenience of being able to do the program on my own schedule, and from home, is a huge benefit! Dr. Kelsey Botti is the best!!!
Community
When being diagnosed/living with/trying to get diagnosed with a chronic illness that people cant see can be incredibly frustrating and isolating. I was so defeated when finally getting diagnosed with POTs then being told to exercise eat a ton of salt and wear compression. Ok great but what kind of exercise? How much salt? What type of compression? Kelsey literally understands where you are because she went through it. has pots herself, has been gaslit by drs. The POTs life program is a game changer and has changed lives, mine included. With the right type of exercise, nutrition coaching, podcasts, and the community. You aren't alone in this journey and shouldn't go through it alone! Is it an overnight fix? No. But you will see the changes. Less adrenaline, lower heart rate. Easier mornings! I was able to take a trip to Kauai with my family this past spring and feel GOOD!! Take the leap! You wont regret it!!

So thankful I started this!
Having a chronic illness has made being consistent with anything very difficult. This program just clicked with me, and now I am starting my fifth month and have been able to be consistent. The only time I've missed was when I was on vacation, but, because I was being very active at the beach, it was no big deal. I got right back on track when I got home and have been working ever since. The quick communication and help from the team keeps me going steadily forward and progressing in my POTS journey. The app is also very easy to use.

LOVE THIS PROGRAM!!!!
I’ve been in The POTS Life program for over a year now and let me tell you, this program works amazingly!
I went from constant lightheadedness, dizziness, chest pain, nausea, etc. to an occasional episode. I am now able to do things that I haven’t been able to in a few years! Seeing just how far I’ve come is amazing. Kelsey and her team have been wonderful to work with and so supportive.

The POTS Life
The POTS Life has been a game changer for me. Almost a year ago I was hit by debilitating symptoms leaving me in a swirl of unknown. Until I became a part of the POTS Life, I felt alone in this journey. This program is built around your body and how you feel. The community aspect of the program allows for you to ask questions that others might have been through as well. This program is allowing me to hopefully return to school in the fall as a music major, even when doctors said I would never be able to it. There is no other program that is like the POTS Life.
